The problem with the 1300 block of W Catherine street because of the lack of building on the street, The owners have allowed overgrowth of vegetation to exist on their property. This has cause the particular block to be treated as an alley. Because the 1300 block of W. Catherine St is viewed as an alley there is constant dumping of trash and well as the collection of debris.
