Is there an update for this? The Uber driver said he almost hit two kids walking to the bus. This is very dangerous because they take up the whole road since there isn't a sidewalk

Followed up on June 22. City of Raleigh escalating to progress energy.

Duke Energy will install a couple street lights through here, but they are waiting for the developer to complete some work on the eastern end of this block before proceeding. Thanks for your patience.
