Description

Dowling Road has become very busy in the last year as the neighborhoods have grown. There are many adults and children who walk the .5 mile down Dowling Road to get to a bus stop. There is no sidewalk and it is very dark. I can't believe I have not heard of someone being hit or killed on this road, as both my husband and I have had near misses. Can this be escalated to the proper department to determine if the city/county has access to create a sidewalk?
