This property is awful. Not only that, but the owner is a jackass as well. He's put up 3 metal fence posts - no fence - and cable wire tied around them to prevent people from messing up his property. There are homeless people living in the dilapidated property. I know because I see them coming out on occasion in the mornings. He's not doing anything with the property except for letting it fall in to further disrepair.
I'm wrong. I'm thinking of 708/710 W. Clay Street. That property is in further disrepair than 811 W. Clay Street. It needs to be torn down, or the owner should be fined. Homeless people slip in and out - they broke in to our car and defecated on our property. It's a safety issue at this point.
