Description

During the evening commute, there is a lot of activity at the corner store, with cars pulling out and backing out into Poole. People traveling on Poole must slow down or stop to allow folks back on the road. The problem is that the traffic light has a short cycle. Between the light and the store traffic sometimes only 3-4 cars can pass through the intersection at a time, causing a long backup. Especially and consistently bad on Friday nights.
